On February 23, 2022, the Moon will enter into a conjunction with Ketu and will join the Nodal axis. This is the last conjunction for the Moon with Ketu in Scorpio for the next 19 years. I specifically cast the conjunction chart for this reason and moreover, it marks a very crucial Kalasarpa. Like the Moon-Ketu conjunction, this is also the last Kalasarpa of the Taurus-Scorpio. Unfortunately the chart is again worrying.
Rahu is in the 1st house of Taurus with the ruler of the 1st house in the 8th house in conjunction with Mars. Mars-Venus conjunction is not great for talks and certainly not in the 8th house. The 8th house is a catalyst of war but in this case, Mars the 12th ruler (12th house - war) is placed in the 8th house in conjunction with the 1st and the 6th ruler Venus. The dispositor Jupiter is placed in the 10th house of Aquarius. The MC is in the 8th house in conjunction with Venus-Mars (6th and 12th rulers) and it is not so often we see the MC in the 8th house. From the 10th house, Jupiter and the Sun are squaring the Nodes. This indicates too much impulsiveness, imbalance and unpredictability in the part of the government and their actions. 7th house is very weak because of the fallen Moon in the nodal axis which shows Ukraine vulnerability during the 15 days period (until the Moon gets away from Kalasarpa after getting out of Taurus).
According to the JU-SA Conjunction chart, the Chakra Dasa period was Cancer-Pisces. The timelords, Moon and Jupiter are in a conflicting square aspect further afflicted by the Nodes and hence, there is less agreement or scope of talks that's left until the Kalasarpa is over. However, with Saturn and Mercury in the 9th house, we can only hope that the talks will be on but Saturn calls the shots in Capricorn. So, we never know what's in store.

If we symbolically direct the AC through the chart using the same idea of primary directions, the AC will need 1 day and 4 hours to 3°57 (AC of the Moon-Ketu chart) seconds of each sign beginning from Taurus. So every 3rd or the 4th day from February 23 until March 8, 2022 is very intense and tricky. We should not have any war and I pray for it because this doesn't look good.
